Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If something went wrong with tree work at your property, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short may be removed. Keep in mind that Whitfieldcountytax Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include speaking with the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
